The X-35 International Class Association is together with 
KNS (Royal Norwegian Yacht Club) pleased to welcome you to the

2018 X-35 OD World Championship

The championship will be held at the idyllic site of Hankø, Norway, and be part of Grundig Hankø Race Week 2018.

Hankø Race Week was established in 1882 and has during its135 years envolved into the greatest One-Design event in Norway. In 2018 we are expecting  more than 130 competing boats from the following One-Design classes;

X-35 OD, Express, Melges24, 11m OD, Dragon, IOD and J/70

 

The racing area just outside the island of Hankø offers one of the best racecourses in Norway; some would say one of the best race courses in the world. The island is located in the south-eastern part of Norway at the Oslo Fjord, not far from the Swedish border. The racecourse is exposed to sea breezes from the southwest and generally offers very good and fair sailing. The wind conditions are normally stable with no tidal issues.

The organizing authority will be KNS (Royal Norwegian Yacht Club) in cooperation with Fredrikstad Sailing Club.

Entry fee:

1. NOK 2,600 - Early birds: valid until 31.03.2018

2. NOK 3,500 - valid from 01.04.2018 – 31.05.2018

3. NOK 4,500 - Late registration: valid from 01.06.2018
